What industries do you serve?

Our products are designed for cleanroom manufacturing environments. This includes semiconductor, microelectronics, optical, and medical device manufacturing. However, they may also be used in less critical environments where sensitive surfaces are cleaned.

Do you sell through distributors?

Zolab does not sell its branded products through distribution. We operate with a vertically integrated business model to deliver the highest quality products at the lowest cost combined with direct customer communications.

Where are your headquarters and manufacturing facilities?

Our headquarters are in Norwalk, Connecticut, USA. Our manufacturing facilities are in the Philippines and China.

Why do you only have two series of wipers?

We believe the wiper market has become cluttered with too many wipers and small differences between them. In our two series of wipers, we believe we have captured the requirements of most customers at an economical cost.

Do you produce custom or OEM wipers?

Yes, for volume orders we can manufacture wipers to nearly any specification. Please complete our custom wiper design form with your requirements for a quotation.

How do I get test data for each lot?

Test data for each lot is available here. Just locate the lot code imprinted on the bottom of the bag and enter it to view the actual lot data.

Can I get samples?

We have cleanroom ready samples of all our products. You can request samples here.

 
ORDERING

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, on the product page you can select the volume pricing link to see our volume pricing. Volume discounts will be automatically reflected in your cart. Zolab believes in transparent, hassle free pricing for all our customers.

Can I ship on my own account?

Yes, during account sign up you can enter your FedEx or UPS account number and select your preferred shipping method. Alternately you can contact us and we will add these details to your account. Upon checkout, select "Use My Own Shipping Account" so we do not charge you for shipping.

How can I reference my PO number in my order?

When ordering online, if you have a PO number please enter it into the comments field upon checkout.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If for some reason you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the shipment has not already shipped, we will do our best to accommodate you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit/debit cards. For customers on terms we also accept payment via check or bank deposit.

Do you offer payment/credit terms?

Yes, to be considered for terms you must apply. Please fill out this application and email it to support@zolab.com or fax it to +1-203-293-2222.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax in the state of Connecticut. For manufacturers that qualify, you may download the tax exempt form here. Please fill out the form and email it to support@zolab.com or fax it to +1-203-293-2222. We will update your account with this information.

Can I place a recurring order?

At this time, recurring orders cannot be placed online. If you would like to place a recurring order, please contact us to do so.

Can I fax or email purchase orders?

Yes, you may fax your purchase orders to +1-203-293-2222 or email them to sales@zolab.com.

A product I want is out of stock.

We stock all products at all times. However, in the off chance we run out of one, we typically receive new stock within 1-3 weeks.

 
SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed by 1PM EST usually ship the same day.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from our Connecticut, USA warehouse.

How do I return a product?

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund, minus 20% handling fee. Please go to returns to learn more.
